What is Tackle "Twill"?

Tackle Twill is a technique that uses numbers, letters, or image based shapes cut from polyester or nylon fabric. The tackle twill appliques are attached to the selected garment or banner with an adhesive backing that tacks them in place. The edges are then finished with zig-zag stitch embroidery of the same color. This is the most sturdy and long lasting form of uniform customization, and is the method used by most professional sports teams.

How to order Tackle Twill Lettering

Choose the number of colors you desire: 1 or 2 colors. The 1st color is the main top color of the lettering. The 2nd color is the backing of 2 color lettering.
